Flowers are very sensitive living beings with a relatively short lifespan. Despite our extreme care in the selection, handling and delivery of the works, it may happen that in some rare situations the floral works reach the recipient with some defect.
Despite this unpredictability, we guarantee the quality of our work for 24 hours after delivery, making your exchange if it is proven that the deterioration of the flowers or other items purchased is a consequence of their origin or transport.
We also carry out the exchange if the work delivered does not correspond to the order and the change has not been informed and consented.
Product returns are not accepted.
The return of the amount paid will only be made, respecting the customer's wishes and in the same way that the payment was made, when the delivery is not made on the desired day since the date of the order has preceded the delivery date by at least 24 hours and that it is our responsibility for non-delivery, we will always contact the customer to inform the impossibility of delivery and we leave to your discretion the return of the amount paid or delivery on another date.
